What is Solar ATAP?+
Solar ATAP is Malaysia's residential solar scheme. It lets you offset your usage and earn export credit based on the Energy Charge Rate (ECR). We handle the full SEDA and TNB application on your behalf.
What is the payback period for a home system?+
Typically 5 to 7 years, depending on your system size and energy usage — after which your savings are effectively free for the life of the system.
Will my system work on cloudy or rainy days?+
Yes. Panels still generate energy in overcast conditions, though output is reduced. Any shortfall is simply drawn from the grid as usual.
What warranty comes with a residential system?+
Solar panels carry a 15-year product and 30-year performance warranty; inverters up to 10 years; and workmanship for 1 year.
